The Ocean Tipping Points project was the subject of a featured story on NOAA Fisheries' website today. Team members, Phil Levin and Jameal Samhouri, both of NOAA's Northwest Fisheries Science Center, discussed how we are investigating the mechanics of sudden, dramatic changes in our oceans and seeking early warning indicators that should help us to avoid these tipping points—or to recover once they’ve been crossed.
